At Treasured Carpets Collection, all sales are final. Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our carpets, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed and payment has been processed.
Each of our carpets undergoes strict quality control before being shipped. We take great care to ensure the product you receive is free from manufacturing defects and reflects the craftsmanship we proudly stand behind.
In the rare event that your carpet arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and may offer an exchange for the same or equivalent product, subject to verification.
Kindly provide clear photos of the issue and retain all packaging for inspection. We do not offer exchanges for damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
